“Federal Hill is a great location for those who enjoy great food (right downstairs) and active night life. The condo was clean and lovely, with great views of the plaza. The owner was responsive in a timely manner. For the next guest: 1- it is upstairs, there is no elevator. Plan accordingly. 2- the music and atmosphere of the plaza over the weekend is active and all night. This is not the place for quiet. 3- the food is amazing!”

“This clean and well-decorated apartment is accurately portrayed. We had a relaxing stay. The apartment is perfectly located in the center of Bristol, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The hosts can provide you with a parking permit for your vehicle and it was easy to find street parking. Just a block from the waterfront. The hosts were friendly and communicative. The kitchenette is well equipped for making simple meals and snacks. We enjoyed our stay!”

“Nice property for 4 adults in a very convenient location. The downtown area and RISD campus are within walking distance, along with restaurants and shops. Be aware (for those with mobility issues) that there are stairs into and within the apartment. The two bathrooms are accommodating and the kitchen has basic necessities. Street parking is allowed, but only during certain hours - we had to move our vehicle at 8:00 am to a spot a few blocks away. A few minor complains....no lights on the……

“I stayed here with family for the weekend to attend Comic Con, as well as checkout some local breweries. This place was well worth thenprice first of all. There is 2 parking spots on the side, but plenty of street parking as well. I had some minor issues when I first arrived with the lock and thermostat, so I emailed the owner and he replied right away with detailed instructions. “This was newer remodeled in an older neighborhood. This is a very basic VBRO, not a luxury for the amenities provided. I am not familiar with the area but it was convenient with some nice restaurants in the vicinity. They did a good job, its nice, but not complete when we stayed.
