“The location was perfect for a Derby weekend, walkable distance for us. Amenities were nice, lovely charcueterie boards to greet us with wine and sparkling grape juice.”

“There are several things they don’t tell about this property. The first being bed bugs!!!! Didn’t find them till later. The back patio for the second residence is right outside the glass door for the bedroom of this property. Isn’t bad until you have several people outside hanging out drinking. Also the common area for the second residence is right i on raise the other door for the bedroom, so even when they come in you still get to hear their entire conversations. That is why I fell……

“I am a 65 YO woman and I stayed at this cottage by myself the week of 10/22/24. I am pleased to give a 5-star rating because: this cottage was easy to find and located in a pleasant, quiet area. I felt safe in this cottage; it was very clean; bed slept wonderful; water pressure and temp were great; cottage looks exactly like pictures; everything worked as expected, and my communications with the property manager were easy. This area is wonderful if you want peace and quiet, close to the lake……

“Came for a long weekend to do the bourbon trail with friends and stayed at The Blue Belle. House works great for 2 couples, had plenty of room plus having a 3rd bathroom was very nice. Overall very clean and well stocked except for forks but we weren’t home much so it didn’t matter. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants easily. Parking is on the street and the neighborhood is a little odd with a mix of industrial and other cute old houses. Felt safe, but was odd arriving at night and seeing……

“We stayed for a long weekend to go to a few burbon trail stops and sightseeing in Louisville and Lexington. Quiet, peaceful, stocked with everything we needed. Location is very rural, but we didn’t mind making the scenic drives. We visited Keenland, and Louisville for the pumpkin spectacular. The hot tub was a perfect spot to relax. Beds were comfortable, enough seating for all 4 adults to relax and watch football. State park is nearby, we went for a hike. Owner was quick with responses when……

“Very disappointed in the upkeep of the home. There is no pride of ownership. Worn and pealing deck. Caps missing from deck posts. Chunk of siding has a hole in it. Worn and pealing interior wood floors. Mismatched furniture and wood tops on several nightstands and tables are pealing. Family room overhead light did not work. Mismatched bulbs in overhead kitchen. Bedroom Curtains held back with rubberbands which had to be removed to close for privacy. This place feels unloved and it shows.For the……
