“Property exceeded our expectations. The house was everything advertised. We were looking for a nice quiet and peaceful get away after Christmas and this property met that need. The country house was so peaceful we did not even hear fireworks on New Years Eve. The host is exceptional in anticipating the needs of travellers. Thank you for allowing us to stay.”

“My family of four really enjoyed our weekend stay at this property. The home was very clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The best part about the property for us was the location. We wanted the 'ranch' feel - but also conveniences and restaurants in close proximity. We got exactly that - the view from the back porch is amazing and the kids 'explored' the property. We were 5-10 minutes from the main area of Dripping Springs with HEB, restaurants and several breweries……

“A wonderful place for all in the family to enjoy - from 6 weeks old to 74 - 3 brothers and their families. We had space to all get together, gathering on the Nut House porch for our outdoor style dining and in the big room for Christmas morning.The pecan orchard gave us running/walking/and exploring space and the youngest loved visiting the chickens and horses in the adjacent property. Basketball and slack line provided challenges for the teens and those of us who were young in spirit.A……

“From the first message asking about the property, Emily was a delight. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable. The house is extremely cozy, has a beautiful backyard with a great fire pit for some late night wine and chocolate. The location is wonderful, walking distance from nice restaurants and bars; please check Reck’em Brewery a few blocks from the house and get the BBQ Nachos, you wont regret. We will be back without a doubt!”

“My son’s wedding was at Stonehouse Villa in Driftwood, just 10 minutes from the house. This house was immaculate. It was perfect because we were so close to the venue. Lisa was fabulous. If I needed anything she gave me her number so I could contact her directly. I would definitely stay here again. Maybe even for a girls night and check out all the wineries and breweries near by. The prices was very reasonable as well. Thanks again Lisa for allowing us to stay in this cozy Vrbo.”

We had everything we needed to cook meals at the house instead of venturing out. The property manager was fantastic to work with and gracious with us for a minor request on checkout day.
