The owners are extremely responsive and gracious fielding our questions both pre-trip and during. Highly recommend this property as your home base as you explore the Oxnard/Ventura area.”

“There was a good vibe and the backyard was really nice. The hot tub was used a couple of time. Great location to the beach and the grocery store. My son and I walked there to do some shopping. Note: the guitar on the wall was missing the 6th string, but my son was still able to play Jack Johnson song 😊”

“We booked the property to stay at for my family traveling for an event. The property was very clean, beds comfortable and had a nicely equipped kitchen. When we couldn’t figure out the hot tub, the management was very responsive and helpful in getting things figured out. We really enjoyed the heated pool after that! I was happy to have lots of towels. There was also an abundance of tvs making this a great chill pad for my crew. ”

“We made our way to the place and were greeted once we arrived (late due to heavy traffic), and given the grand tour of the place. It was lovely from the outset, and was the perfect base as we explored the area. The hot tub was a pleasant relief after spending the days adventuring, and Trigger and Spanky (the mini donkeys were always affable and ready for treats!). We had what we needed and some, and it was overall a very comfortable space to crash, and the bike ride to Ventura Beach (9ish……

“We were in the area for our son’s wedding week. The entire family and our out of state friends loved the property. The spacious house is in a very convenient location - close to shops and restaurants. The view of the channel is gorgeous and there is a wonderful walking path nearby that takes you all around the harbor. Very clean and comfortable home with fully stocked kitchen and lots of games for a fun family time.The owner was very responsive to questions. The beds are comfortable and having……
