“This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Turkey, or in my lifetime. The reception guy(possible manager) is so rude and impolite. We arrived at hotel and wanted to check in at night. The guy is impatient and unfriendly to us for unknown reason. Under this circumstance, we told him we would like to take a look at room then decided whether we should stay here or not. All of sudden, this guy loses his temper and said we already checked photos on hotel app, either you accepted our room or went……

“Stayed October check in great i had accidentally made a mistake on the booking, the manager rectified it quickly,easily and with minimal fuss, we had a swim up room (2111) best room in the hotel in my view, sun all day, straight into pool, bar/restaurant close by. Ordered from the restaurant 2 eveni gs as food was so good, we had it in the room and the team brought everything we needed to eat in the room, food was very good taste wise and value fir mone, would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“I booked Annex room that is a modern room with a private swim out pool and upon checkin i was told the room is leaking water feom the shower and im being upgraded to a villa. It took 2 hrs after 2pm checkin to get an outdated old villa which has spiral stairs and isn't safe for kids. My daughter got injured minutes after getting the room and nothing worked in the villa, the phone, toilet and sinks all didn’t work. I had to go to feont desk again to complain and advise them this was a unsafe and……
