「Great option for a large group or family We had 18 people ranging from 6 to 77 the property is close to the lovely town of Fano and all it’s amenities 」

「Very close to the Misano Racing Track, the area is also nice. But the floor of the property was pretty dirty and it smelled like smoke inside. Apart from that the insulation is basically nonexistent so it got really cold during the night (except when you keep the radiator running 24/7). The check in/out was very uncomplicated and fast」

「Era la nostra prima volta in Italia e la nostra intenzione era rilassarci e conoscere i dintorni, abbiamo potuto fare entrambe le cose, la casa è confortevole e ha tutto il necessario. La casa è immersa nella natura, il posto è bellissimo e gode di una tranquillità incomparabile, proprio quello che cercavamo. Massimo è stato molto attento con noi e sempre pronto ad aiutarci, penso che se tornassimo a Genga sceglieremmo nuovamente questo posto 」

「Die Unterkunft hat uns vor allem mit ihrer idyllischen und ruhigen Lage überzeugt. Man hat von der Terrasse aus wirklich einen wunderschönen Ausblick, der Garten und der Pool-Bereich sind auch sehr schön gestaltet. Die Küche ist relativ gut ausgestattet. Auch die Sauberkeit war im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung, es könnte jedoch etwas gründlicher gewesen sein. Es waren einige Spinnweben an den Decken. Das Duschsieb war leider total verstopft, sodass wir es selbst reinigen mussten, um wieder...

「La casa è veramente molto bella e super accessoriata, la posizione è così vicina al bosco Santo del Santuario del Beato Sante, che in realtà questo luogo dà una grande pace e quindi le vacanze in assoluto relax sono assicurate. 「Sehr schöne und große Villa. Toller Außenbereich mit freistehendem Pool und langen Tisch für 20 Personen. Unkomplizierter Check-in und -out. Absolut empfehlenswert für Gruppen bis 20 Leuten. 4 Doppelzimmer und 4 Dreierzimmer mit bequemen Betten und jeweils einem eigenen Bad. Zudem zwei Küchen und ein Tanzsaal.」
