For shared use: property with meadow. In the house: sauna (extra). Storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 500 m, supermarket 4 km, railway station "Landeck" 17 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 16 km, bathing lake "Ried" 6 km. Golf course (27 hole) 58 km, mountain railway, ski lift, slopes, ski bus stop 5 km, ski school, sled run 750 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kaunertaler Gletscher 40 km, Serfaus/Fiss/Ladis 15 km, Fendels 750 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
"Alpenherz", 1-room apartment 27 m2 on 1st floor, south-west facing position. Modern and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double bed, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Wood heating. Carpet. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Panoramic view of the mountains, the resort and Serfaus/Fiss/Ladis. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking.

Schöne und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten im März einen schönen Aufenthalt. Mit dem Auto sind es knapp unter 20 Minuten bis zum Skigebiet nach Fiss. Sehr saubere und gepflegte Wohnung, freundliche Eigentümer und auch schön, dass man die Sauna nutzen kann.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit super Lage

Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert. Wohnung war super sauber und in top Zustand genauso wie die angebotene Sauna. Die Lage ist top wir waren an drei Tagen in drei verschieden Skigebieten. (Kaunertal, Pitztal und Fiss)

A great place to stay

Hard to fault, clean well appointed with a fantastic view from the balcony. Stayed nice and cool during the recent hot weather! Owner was friendly/welcoming. Worth being aware no oven/grill and the WiFi can be intermittent.

Top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf Berge und Inntal. Moderne und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung. Wanderwege beginnen nahe der Unterkunft. Die Mülltrennung war etwas schwierig, bei zwei Mülleimern in der Küche, aber 8 Mülltonnen im Müllraum;-) Der Vermieter war sehr wortkarg.
