「Staff were polite, but had no information regarding our booking. The room was comfortable, but we had no kettle in order to make tea or coffee, no remote control to use tv. We ordered a double bed, but got 3 single beds at different heights, made up with single bedding. 」

「This hotel is very nice and the staff is exceptionally professional at every level! The elevator was being serviced when we left, and some of them ran all the way tobone of the top floors to get our luggage down! Good place to stay!」

「这家酒店就是CASA VOYAGEURS火车站正对面，走过去五分钟，地理位置是最大的优点，其次是早餐还行。去哈桑二世清真寺的时候问前台怎么坐车，前台说帮忙叫个车4个人400迪拉姆来回，后来我们自己打了两个小出租车去的，虽然费劲，但每辆车14个迪拉姆单程就够了，千万别入坑。」

「The breakfast did not deserve the price 220MAD per person. Also, the waiters speak very limited english. Difficult communication. They can not even distinguish between sunny egg & scramble egg. It is ridiculous for an hotel charge for coffee capsule 25MAD each. We did not ask for more, they did not leave any capsule in the room.」
