Our home has a split floor plan so the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house making the layout ideal for multiple guests or someone needing a home office. I will need an extra pet deposit if you are bringing fur-family. Our pet is a part of our hearts, and I don't want to have our home be "no pets." But this is our home (not just some rented house) and I hope you will treat it like your own! If you need to break up the deposits into monthly payments, we can make that work. The pet deposit is refundable, less $200 for carpet cleaning.
