“Easy check-in. For being a residential property, the specific parking and doors were clearly marked for entry to my suite. I was greeted by a very friendly staff member, Jennifer, who checked up on me at my check-in to make sure I had everything I needed for my stay. I had a very good experience and hope to book with them again on my next visit to Knoxville.”

“The unit was quiet and convenient to the convention center. We were able to park and walk most places, although the supermarket was 1.5 miles. The building is old and it shows. The bathroom off the bedroom would be horrible for a tall person: low ceiling in shower and little space between the toilet and the wall. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. ”

“Owner was quick and responsive to my questions. Overall, property was as advertised and was in a central location to our activities. The property could use a full-length mirror - that would definitely help when getting dressed. Also, the closet needs hangers included, I didn't think to pack my own from home. Other than that, we had an enjoyable stay and would recommend it to others. ”
