“We ordered takeaway breakfast for our date of departure as we had to catch an early flight. The order was confirmed by email and at check in by the front desk staff. However, due to an internal communication error, the order was not communicated to the kitchen and we were left without any breakfast. We however saw the front desk staff when checking with the kitchen took the opportunity to make herself a ham and cheese sandwich and did not offer it to us. The changing room of the fitness centre……

“NEVER AGAIN!

“Was a last minute booking after my flight was canceled. Great staff all around. Modern room and amenities. The free wine happy hour is a great addition. Was able to meet new people also visiting the Faroe Islands. Would stay here again”

“This is my second trip to the Faroe Islands and I’ve stayed in the same area both times. This property was stunning! Very easy to get around from this location. The hosts were very communicative and easy to deal with. We had no troubles at all. I highly recommend this house. It was beautiful! We were able to easily get in to Torsvan for dinners and lunches when we wanted, and we also went to the grocery store and cooked wonderful meals at home. The views and proximity to the ocean was perfect.”

“My stay was an amazing experience! Lilja is a wonderful host, and I really enjoyed talking with her about life in the Faroe Islands, her travels, and getting to know her family. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and welcoming. Lilja also offered excellent recommendations for places to visit and shared information about local events happening across the islands. Breakfast was another highlight. She served locally inspired foods and shared the stories behind them, which made the experience even……

“It was a beautiful stay. We loved staying in the smaller town, great easy hikes all around, super walkable. The bus stop is right down the hill and easy to reach from all the surrounding cities. I recommend renting a car, as the bus schedule can be limited and taxis can be very pricey. The house was so amazing, I would recommend caution as the stairs are quite steep and could be hazardous for anyone with mobility issues. All in all, amazing. Thank you!”
