“We loved our stay in Layton. We had three small children with us on our trip and they loved all the toys. It was nice to have the extra children items, such as crib, high chair, bathtub. The kids also loved the clean pool and we saw two deer two of the nights that were eating in the grass behind the property. We had plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids.”

“This home is located is a great location. The home itself is very nice. It is an older home, However, it’s been very well maintained and is updated in all the important areas and is extremely nice to use. Communication with landlord was seem-less and easy. I look forward to returning to this location soon ”

“We rented this house for a birthday party. We were able to have all of our family stay in one place to celebrate together and have the needed space for people to take a break from all the people this house can hold. With so many rooms and the smaller separate family room areas this house is a great balance for gatherings with children and adults! The property manager/owner is also super easy to communicate with and very understanding.”
