Melt those achy muscles away with a Hot tub to die for in a totally private gated back yard!

There is a spacious kitchen with everything you need, we literality tried to think of everting you would need to cook for you, your family and friends.

Love coffee? We have you covered. The endless coffee bar starts with a Keurig automatic drip coffee pod combo, coffee grinder with some of the smoothest tasting beans that you grind and brew. Bit of a coffee artisan, we have pour over and French press. There is also a big selection of Green Mountain coffee pods as well. More of a tea connoisseur, we didn’t forget you, there’s a full selection of teas and herbal teas, along with a copper ceramic electric kettle.

2 dedicated workspaces, printer, office chairs with lightning fast, Internet service.

Incredible outdoor cooking area ! You’re not going to find a more extensive outdoor cooking experience! The patio is lined with a Traeger, Blackstone combo air fryers, propane Weber grill, and a disco.

We have partnered with other local chefs, guides, and outdoor activity providers to help you get the most out of your stay. Need a massage? Exclusive in home personal licensed Massage therapist by Cheyenne available at Casa De Monteagle. Please message me for more details.

The laundry room has top of line industrial Speed, Queen, washer, and dryer.

The garage is spacious with beautiful epoxy floors. Park your car, truck, SUV, motorcycles, mountain bikes, ATVs, and boats.

There is dedicated RV and boat parking.

Pets: No Pets unless negotiated. If you have pets it is your responsibility that you make sure you pay the pet fee from VRBO booking site. Our pet fee is $400 deposit and 1/2 returned after cleaning. The inside of the home needs to be clean and all dog poop cleaned up outside.

We highly recommend purchasing guest travel stay insurance for longer stays with us. November, December, January and February can be very cold with snow fall. Please keep this in mind. Please read our cancellation policy:

National park trip

quick trip for a golf tournament
We absolutely loved this property. Was everything it is described to be plus more. The house is very comfortable and very clean. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The basket of snacks was the perfect treat when we arrived. Definitely will stay again if we are this way again.

Wonderful spot in Farmington
The home is well equipped with thoughtful touches. Alexa to play music and charging stations for devices were much appreciated. Master suites on opposite sides of home provide ideal privacy. The furniture is comfortable and the hot tub is wonderful. I highly recommend this home.

Must be the best VRBO in Farmington
This home was so nice I’d like to live here. It had everything we needed for our photography trip to Farmington. I’ve stayed in many VRBOs over the years and this one is tops.

Perfect home away from home!
The house is immaculate very cozy and comfortable. The owner has thought of everything .. from the fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable bedding, beautiful patio. He has chargers for everything if you forgot one. Neighborhood was quiet. Easy to get around with numerous restaurants, grocery stores etc within a few minutes. Only wish we had more time to enjoy the house as we were out and about most of the time. Highly recommend this VRBO and owner Fabian who was very receptive.

Our Mini Family Reunion
We went home to visit my nieces and nephews and our brother and sister in law. It was a joint family getaway with me and my sister and our husbands. We took our dogs so it was truly a family trip. It was relaxing and restful and over all a wonderful experience.

Amazing Southwest Retreat!
Casa de Monteagle is an amazing Southwest retreat. We stayed here while visiting Chaco Canyon and Mesa Verde. It’s a great location between the two parks. The home has everything you would need and it’s incredibly spacious and comfortable. The spa at night is incredible to relax sore muscles after a day of hiking. The neighborhood is wonderful. The host is very is responsive and kind. We highly recommend Casa de Monteagle!!

Extraordinary Place to Stacy
Fabian has created a very special home to share with guests. He has thought of many extra incidentals that one does not find at most BnBs... I have stayed at many and his is one of the best. Waiting for the guest is a tray with special treats; the kitchen is so well stocked with teas and every cooking item one could need. The house is immaculate as is the lovely fenced back yard. Fabian is truly a super host and is very responsive wanting his guests to have a special experience staying in his home. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL of this beautiful property.

Loved It All
I was completely impressed with the qualities of this beautiful home and all of the small details that made a huge impact. I loved walking in to a warmly lit home that smelled wonderful with all of the wax warmers. The master bedroom had beautifully lit tree that gave off a restful feeling. In addition, the TV was playing a visually relaxing channel that gave the room such peace. The room really felt completely comfortable and special. The decor throughout the home is very pretty and fitting to the area. We enjoyed all of the scenic pictures. The kitchen was so kindly supplied with extras that continued to make us feel welcome and taken care of. We have stayed in many VRBO homes and this one, by far, was the most welcoming and resort like. The home was exceptionally clean and that is always well appreciated. The back outdoor area was well enjoyed. The hot tub was clean and worked great. We used it every night of our stay. We also appreciated the ability to smoke ribs in the pellet smoker. All of the outdoor cooking appliances were great to have access to. Communication was fantastic and all questions were answered promptly and kindly. I just want to say thank you to Fabian and let you know how much we appreciate all your extra attention to details that made the stay extra special.

Wish we could have stayed for longer
This is a beautiful house with tons of unexpected amenities. Fabian made sure to make his guests feel pampered. Little things from a basket of snacks to wireless chargers gave it a luxury feel. The cherry on the top was Fabian's willingness to promptly answer our several questions around the area as well as his offer to share our itinerary for Bisti and call for help if we didn't return by the suggested time. We only stayed there for a night and would have loved to stay for longer.

Welcoming home!
This home was well maintained and just as described! Everything was well stocked from the paper towels and trash bags to anything you may need in the kitchen! We enjoyed lots of family time playing corn hole and in the hot tub. The host communicated well and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

First UTV trip to Farmington
With Moab being busy the first week of April, Farmington NM became the location for our annual Spring Break UTV trip. After looking through house options on VRBO we asked Fabian if we could stay at his house. We rented a lot of houses through VRBO and this house is an exception! Fabian has gone all out to have a beautiful and well furbished place to stay! Seriously all great comments and appreciation for Fabian and this house. The outdoor amenities from the fire pit, wood and roasting sticks, hot tub, cooking units all enjoyed. The inside of the house is beautiful, well furbished and all in working order. Fabian was always available with answers to questions and covering our needs. Great knowledge of the area as well! One great highlight for us on this trip was the ability we had to drive our quads and RZR right from the garage to the Glades Recreation area! We were on the trails in 2 minutes and enjoying the area. I don't know how many houses in the area have that but we really enjoyed that perk.

Farmington Comfort
We enjoyed our stay here. This was a very comfortable home with several amenities to make your stay enjoyable . The neighborhood was quiet and a great area to come back to at the end of the day to rest and enjoy the evenings. This home was extremely pet friendly as the backyard is totally secure, and there is no reason that pet owners cannot keep this place clean and ready for the next responsible pet owners. I would recommend this to anyone and hopefully we will be back in the area and can rent this wonderful home again.. Thank you Fabian for allowing us all to share and enjoy! This was one of the very best Vrbo experiences we have had and the description of the property is right on.
