“Adorable apartment within easy walking distance to all Fells Point offers. Not in the location indicated on VRBO though and is on a bit of a sketchy block. The unit is on the 3rd floor and requires you to climb a really small curvey staircase Very quiet and comfortable. ”

“We had a great stay. Ray, the host was easy to communicate with and very hands-on and helpful. The place exceeded expectations. Really a lot of room. The garage was nice to have. Only thing the Rooftop deck needs some sprucing up and some better outdoor furniture. Otherwise the place was Great.”

“The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything we came to Baltimore to do. Overall it was clean but I provided 4 stars due to the shower caulking needing replaced due to mildew staining. The provided shampoo and conditioner products could use some sprucing up as well, I would bring my own next time. ”

“We had a great time during our stay, we were able to walk to many attractions and restaurants during our stay. Tia was incredibly helpful and responsive leading up to and throughout our stay. Tia’s home had everything we needed for the weekend. Finding parking outside the home could be difficult in the evening, but was easily addressed by walking, Ubering or finding a paid lot close by. ”

“There was so much that was wrong with our stay. First, it was not the apt as shown in the pictures. The lighting was dreary —only one overhead light in the bedroom and living room. The front door didn’t lock and the rugs on the stairs and in the living room were disgustingly dirty. The walls were dingy and showed signs of being painted over in spots in a haphazard way. there were picture frames on the walls with no pictures and broken glass. There was a grimy feel to the whole place except the……

“The place was large and bathrooms were mostly clean. Overall the place is pretty dusty, with a thick dust layer on the ceiling fans that unfortunately spread some smelly stuff whenever they're on and shaggy carpets. If those could be cleaned and the towel racks repaired this would've been almost perfect. Parking is out in front. Owner was generous with drinks provided.”
