“We were overjoyed to hang out at the house in the hot tub and by the fire pit when we weren’t out on the town. The house is as described and met all of our needs for a family birthday celebration. The location is ideal and walkable to the prominent bars and restaurants. We will want to stay here again next time we are in town!”

“The house was awesome. We had five couples staying in the home. Each had their own private room and a bathroom. The location was great as well. It was walking distance to the Gulch and Music Row. We had a great short stay. ”

“Had a lovey stay in Nashville at this rental. Plenty of space and amenities including a roof top patio, flat screen TVs with plenty of space to spread out among the three floors. Broadway a short Uber ride and airport within 30 min drive with some traffic. Mary was super easy to get a hold of and very helpful and accommodating. Hope to go back. ”

“I took my 82 yr old mother to visit my daughter in Nashville. The bungalow was perfect for us. We had everything we needed . The beds were comfortable. The unit was clean. We were 10 minutes from everything Nashville has to offer. We enjoyed the welcome coffee, popcorn & wine that was thoughtfully left for us. The only thing I didnt think about was the stairs getting into the house. My mom had to be helped with them but we just took our time and she managed well. We definitely will be back..……

“Condo was great and it had plenty of room for the 9 of us staying. Beds were comfortable and the Jacuzzi was clean, modern, and well maintained. My only complaint is that they need to replace the outdoor furniture cushions and cover them. They are not covered and they smelled musty, so we never really used the fire pit. Also, the listing said 3+ bathrooms which is somewhat misleading. It is 2 fulls and 2 halfs. The owner was next door and helped us out if we had any issues. Only about a……

“Chris greeted us and gave us the lay of the land. He was super responsive and one of the best hosts we ever had. His place is spacious and the hot tub is perfect after being a tourist all day. There were 5 of us and we were able to spread out after a long day. Thank you, Chris for helping our time away be amazing! ”

“Nice large property. Area is still "up and coming" so keep that in mind. They definitely need new mattresses on some of the beds and housekeeping was a bit sloppy leaving some used towels behind. The kitchen is very well set up with a great coffee bar. Great rooftop area although the rain and cold kept us off of it this time. Definitely consider this for your next trip to Nashville.”
