“This was a fantastic place to host our girls trip! We enjoyed our stay and found that it met/exceeded all of our needs! The pillows on the beds were A+ (if someone wants to share where they were purchased we’d appreciate it!) The house accommodated all 6 of us very comfortably and gave everyone room to have privacy. The only complaints we had were ones shared previously, the couches/chairs are not comfortable at all and the lack of water pressurel. With 6 women, water pressure in all the……

“Location of this property was ideal if you’re looking for something quiet yet close to all the main attractions. Communication with the property managers was always prompt and we were able to check in a little early as well. Property itself was great only a couple areas of improvement but nothing that was a deal breaker. There was a piece of molding at the base of one of the stairs that was not attached so we kept tripping on it and a few other minor fixes that could be addressed. Bathroom……

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location met all our needs. The unit was mostly clean but the floors were dirty. White sox immediately turned black. The shower door is a bad design. It's only a half door, and the water runs out and pools on the floor. A bath mat was not provided and we only had one towel each. There was no kitchen towel provided. We did not have a communication tool to contact management. And the "hidden" mandatory damage waiver fee of $25 is not transparent. It should……

“This house was ideal for our stay in Franklin. We attended a friend's wedding and the venue was literally around the corner. Main street is less than a 2 minute walk and the number of coffee shops, bars, restaurants and shops provides something for everyone. The property owner Sue was wonderful. Beautiful, well appointed home ideal for a small group. Would definitely stay again!”

“We went to a concert at Brooklyn Bowl on Sunday Evening and needed a big place for all of us to stay. It was wonderful! The fact it had 4 king size beds was amazing! Very comfortable too! Would highly recommend. The fire pit and corn hole and put put green was a very nice extra touch. Our group loved it! ”

“This house exceeded all my expectations. The location was ideal. Situated in the heart of Nashville, I was within walking distance of Music Row and Edgehill village and just a quick Uber to the famous honky tonks on Broadway. The space was immaculate, tastefully decorated, comfy beds, top notch amenities, and had a well equipped kitchen. This is the best vacation rental experience I have had. Joe went above and beyond to provide recommendations for local hotspots and hidden gems, answer……
