“We visited Sonoma in late December and stayed at Bungalows 313. This is hands down the best property I've ever stayed at. We were in the ground level 2 bedroom unit (called Terra). Unit included fully equipped kitchen, living room with a large screen tv, a gas fireplace and a pullout couch (we did not use it, since there were only 3 of us), a dining room and 2 bathrooms (one full bath with a separate shower and a soaking tub, the other one was a small half bath). Two private patios on both side……

“Terrible. It was cheap. It was dirty. Roaches. I got there late, checked in and left at dawn. They didn’t care that I didn’t like it and refused to refund me for my second night. Zero stars. Avoid. ”

“Excellent communication throughout our stay and that includes pre check in. The house is in excellent condition and very clean, comfortable and welcoming. The pantry and fridge was full with various items and very much appreciated. Thank you for an excellent stay and we'll be back!”

“The room was good and is the resort. There was apparantly some issue sith parking that we were never given instructions for. The coffee maker is absolutely ridiculous! It must have cost about $5 20 years ago. The paper filters provided did not fit the machine snd the coffee provided was terrible. Considering the price of this rental I would have expected at least a Keurig. They only cost about $40 these days. ”
