“My friends and I stayed just one night. The place was sufficient for our needs for an overnight stay. There were some minor maintenance issues like leaking faucets and the AC not getting as cold as I would have liked (set on 67 but temp of unit didn't fall below 71) but nothing that interfered with our stay. The check in was easy and the host was very responsive. ”

“The condo is just as pictured. Well decorated and spacious with a light airy fell. The host was always available to address any questions I had. There are lots of restaurants including a couple of coffee shops within walking distance. It does get a little loud from the busyness of the downtown area and restaurant next door but this seems to simmer down after 10:30pm or so. Note: I was the only one there but if you have more than a couple of people, be sure to bring extra towels. ”

“We did not stay at the property. After arriving, we entered the house before unloading our luggage to find it dirty, in desperate need of repair, smelled of mold, smoke alarm beeping, oven with a “hot burner” light on even though we couldn’t find anything actually on. We only stayed on site long enough to find somewhere else to go (about 45 min). Neighborhood was very sketchy as well. Property management was very responsive and nice, however, did not accommodate our request for refund. ”
