“Très bel appartement, très propre, très bien agencé avec une magnifique vue sur mer. Quelques commerces à proximité, la promenade des anglais à 20 minutes à pieds. Un bus si besoin La propriétaire est très agréable.”

“This family-owned place has only three apartments, ten minutes walk from the beach. The lovely pool surrounded by gardens is a quiet refuge from the traffic and tourists nearby. Perfect for families. Owners are friendly and accommodating. It was a nice opportunity to talk to other guests, and lack of tv was a plus!”

“Dank der sehr schönen Parkanlage und dem großen Pool war die sommerliche Hitze in Nizza mit weit über 30 Grad zu ertragen. Die Anlage liegt nahe zur Tram und zur Promenade, also durchaus verkehrsgünstig. Ein nettes griechisches Lokal, eine gute Pizzeria und ein preiswerter Carrefour Supermarkt sorgen für alles Notwendige zum Leben.”

“Great property in heart of Old Nice and only 100m from the beach. Easy assess to airport and everything you need to to in Nice”

“Von Buchen bis zur Rückzahlgung der Kaution lief alles reibungslos. Wir kamen erst in der Nacht an, auch da war da check-in kein Problem da die Schlüssel im Nachtressor abgeholt werden konnten. Das Apartment und das Haus sind sehr schön. Ein grosser Plus ist die Garage. Dia Parkplatz lage ist sehr schlecht, daher ist eine eigene Garage Goldwert. Das Appartment liegt 15-20 Geh Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Zum Antibes selbst, man sollte auf jeden Fall auf die andere Seite des Hügels gehen, der……

“A vrai dire je suis déçu parce que la piscine n'était pas ouverte et je l'ai appris en téléphonant la veille. J'ai demandé à avoir une remise du prix initial. L'employé m'a dit qu'il transmettait à sa direction et que nous aurions sûrement une réduction du tarif. Or je n'ai toujours aucune nouvelle. C'est bien regrettable !”
