“Good value, modern, excellent food, great ambiance and friendly staff ”

“The staff were helpful. The bed was ok and the shower was excellent. The rest of the bathroom was in poor condition, with peeling paint, noisy toilet and sink that didn't drain properly. The window blind was pretty grim (filthy and torn).The light over the mirror did not work and several bedroom lamps didn't either (apparently due to a power surge earlier in the day). The bathroom was also very cold, as the heated towel rail wasn't working. People sat outside the window smoking and the smell……

“Stayed here for 3 nights on this trip. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service. The air conditioner in the room stopped functioning, but the staff quickly took care of the matter as soon as we reported it and compensated us with many free drink vouchers; the manager got soaked in the process of fixing the air conditioning but continued to apologise to us for the inconvenience. The staff are very welcoming, and the environment is very relaxing. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone……
