"Our stay was lovely however we only stayed one night did not use a lot of the facilities."

"Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. Other than that everything is fine. Breakfaat is decent with enough choices. Room is spacious only problem waa the mosquitos."

"Great hotel for families with plenty activities on site and nearby. Only downfall was it was a bit noisy with squeaky floorboards so you could hear everybody walking down corridors but that wouldnt put me off staying again as all the other plus points more than made up for it."

Even though the hotel couldn’t accept my request, the hotel should get back to me so that I can make further arrangements. Actually, the hotel wasted my time to wait for it in my trip and lost my opportunities to make other choices. I believe that all customers would not be able to accept this kind of attitude."

"Leisure facilities were good but not happy with the dining options. Also whilst the cleaning of the room was good still water was not replaced once the first two bottles were finished."
