This was the best location to have my bachelorette party! I’m such a home body so I wanted to stay somewhere that had enough things to do at the house and this was the perfect place! We all plan on coming back to have a river weekend and really take advantage of the river access!

The home was great for our sibling reunion. We are all over 60 and there was plenty of space to sit together, relax and chat. Spring was beautiful along the roadway and river which we all loved. We did get a bit tired of the longer drive on curvy roads to get anywhere.

Nice place, secluded.
Nice property, well-maintained. The only problem was finding it, the number to the place is on a mailbox at the street side, and the street is not well-marked, and I lost cell signal for directions. But it’s a nice property and in a secluded spot near a creek bed. It was fine. Had a motorcycle trip there with friends, rooms were great. There’s a gate entrance to gravel/dirt road to the house so it’s very secluded in the woods.

Family Oktoberfest Getaway
My family needed a getaway and a place to gather for our annual Oktoberfest tradition. The Bella Casa on Kings River was the perfect place for us with all of the space inside and outside of the home to accommodate all 8 adults, a baby and a toddler. My husband woke up early each morning to walk the river, enjoying God's natural beauty. My son in law had a great morning fishing in the pond. We used the firepit one night but mostly enjoyed playing family games, including a mean game of spoons that had everyone laughing, and hanging out together. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean and had most everything we needed in the kitchen. Thank you for sharing your place with us. We will definitely consider booking another getaway with you next year!

Beautiful and easy
I read a lot of reviews, so I was not surprised at the beautiful home and location. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the home was to get to. Wifi worked fine. TV was good. No cell reception for us in the home, but we did get some as we headed into town. Plenty of kitchen and bathroom necessities. Beds were comfy. The only suggestion I could make is to include more kids toys downstairs. They did have some stand fans in the home since no ceiling fans in bedrooms. Couldn't figure out hot tub- but didn't try too hard either. I would go back every year!
