Excellent location if you are planning a visit to UofO, a football game at Autzen or a weekend in Eugene. Very no frills accommodation, but reasonably comfortable and can't beat the location.

Great Walkable Location in Eugene

We stayed in this cute little place for the weekend. We were in town for a show at Matthew Knight Arena, and walked there, grabbing dinner on the way. Great spot!

I enjoyed the cute and cozy space. Comfortable bed and nicely decorated. Location was good. Could walk to several restaurants and Safeway. It would also be nice to have blinds in the kitchen. Several neighbors got to watch me cook. Thank you for our stay. We’ll be back.

Not happy

Our tv was broken and there were no blankets or comforter for pull out. I had been constantly talking with vacasa by text who said they’d talk with local team to bring us blankets and check tv and never got back to me. I had to keep asking if someone was coming. We ended up going out to buy blankets. My girls and I were celebrating a birthday and don’t splurge often. We won’t be staying here or going thru vacasa after this.

Save your money and frustration

Guest service was the worst part. This is the first time I have dealt with a management company vs a private owner. When we arrived the ac and several lights weren't working and there was no blanket for the second bed. The 800 number for Vacasa didn't work, but we were able to finally get through on the direct line. No one ever came out as promised or communicated with us again without us reaching out. We ended up going 3 nights having a sheet as a blanket. After waiting hours, figured out breakers were popped and were able to get the ac and lights working. Customer service asked for pictures of all of the pet hair in the bed, which we sent, and then they offered no solution. Only good part of this place was the location. It was an easy walk around town.

Bare bones

Nicely appointed but cheap foam bed, and the bed for the third person is really a couch that folds down. We were locked out as the code provided did not work. Called for help and we’re given the lock box code. It opened but the lockbox was empty. Had to leave the kitchen door unlocked to get in and out all weekend. Disappointing stay.

Great Location - Perfect for two

I used this location as a home base while my son attended orientation at U of O. It was perfect for me. Good wifi for work and close to just about everything - the school, grocery, restaurants, bars. I'll be back for sure.
