“The house and view is amazing. Total relaxation on the deck was great. My wife spent most of a day just sitting on pier looking at views. We understand your in the mountains so phone me be in and out. The internet didn’t work well so that may of been some of difficulty in communication. The one disappointment was that there is 2 kayaks to use but only 1 adult life jacket and 1 oar. Note to self: no one sells kayak oars within 50 miles 😁😁 ”

“We had the most beautiful lead ant stay at this cabin! It’s adorable! The beds are comfy too! There are neighbors nearby with a dog. He’s on a shock collar though and if you talk nice to it, he/she will forget you’re even there. It was extremely clean and quiet and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again! ”

Grill and fire pit The house was clean and well kept Close to the IGA and several dollar stores if you need anything. Cons: The flooring is a bit dated Beds are nice but mattresses are old box springs that were not comfortable. Overall nice rustic cabins close to the lake and park. ”

“I needed a place to stay and celebrate Christmas with my daughter that lives in Somerset. I wanted something that would feel "homey" for the holiday and this was definitely it! We enjoyed cooking meals-there is nothing you need aside from groceries! We enjoyed sitting by a fire in the back yard, the road is very nice to take a walk on, no traffic to speak of. Just as it states, it is only a few miles outside of town but feels very remote, which I loved. I saw some reviews about outdated……

“My family of nine and I had a great time and plenty of room. The views are incredible. The toys including pool table and foosball were used heavily. The hot tub was very comfortable and easy to use. There were a couple of unexpected bonuses including an extra refrigerator in the garage which was very helpful for all the food we needed for Thanksgiving, and secondly that they had two sets of washers and dryers which was very helpful for a large group. The second flat parking pad beyond the pool……
