「The staff (housekeeping, reception, hospitality, even maintenance) were top notch; people who appear to have found their niche in providing a welcoming, comfortable environment. The location and amenities were also great. Being built on the side of a cliff, the view from every room we visited was difficult to beat.

「Positiv: gute Lage (fußläufig zu Einkaufszentrum, Restaurants usw.), Parkplatz-Reservierung in Tiefgarage im Vorfeld möglich (ansonsten "draussen" stark erschwerte Parkplatzsuche), innerhalb des Komplexes sehr ruhig, schöner Meerblick vom Zimmer (Doppelzimmer mit Balkon + Meerblick gebucht), sehr gute Verdunklungsmöglichkeit zum Schlafen, gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahlmöglichkeiten, insgesamt schönes gemütliches (aber trotzdem modernes) Design des Hoteleinrichtung

「Fortunately could afford an upgrade to suite, initial room look small from balcony size. Breakfast buffet a bit same every day. But our room was lovely, nice feel to hotel, interacted with few staff but friendly enough. No hotel airport shuttle, they just call an expensive taxi. Uber cheaper. 」

「The hotel natural estate was beautiful, the grounds were in there own gardens , the staff very friendly , everything so clean and helpful. Everything was exceptional. The restaurant was very interesting and good , breakfast was so delightful with all the fruits and choices to eat. It is a 5 star excellent hospitality. The outside pool was lovely as well as indoor spa. Not hot but refreshing. 」
