“Newly renovated Or it seemed, A few pools and great free spa (not massges just amenities) Hotel convenience was excellent. Walk most places and local bus’s were plentiful as were tour bus’s at bottom of hill. Staff was fantastic and There is a mall just around the corner with a Pingo grocery store and clothing shops/fast food.. Last and certainly not least staff was excellent and attentive. Francisco at the front desk was a stand out, he went above and beyond and made our stay that much……

“The staff (housekeeping, reception, hospitality, even maintenance) were top notch; people who appear to have found their niche in providing a welcoming, comfortable environment. The location and amenities were also great. Being built on the side of a cliff, the view from every room we visited was difficult to beat.
The drawbacks of this hotel are (1) limited free parking (2) a location that’s a bit further from downtown amenities than some other options; requiring a car or using the convenient……

“The hotel natural estate was beautiful, the grounds were in there own gardens , the staff very friendly , everything so clean and helpful. Everything was exceptional. The restaurant was very interesting and good , breakfast was so delightful with all the fruits and choices to eat. It is a 5 star excellent hospitality. The outside pool was lovely as well as indoor spa. Not hot but refreshing. ”

“Overall experience was mixed with a few irritations. The hotel is below 4 star standard. The decor, with a contrived party theme is incredibly ugly, with stupid neon quotes, garish colours, plastic ducks and non stop video of parties. When we were there, average customer age was at best in the 40s. Clearly not appropriate. Rooms are of a good size and comfortable with, for us, very nice sea view. But, again, a number of small things not right, ie no cupboard for clothes, shower overflowing……
