There is nothing so amazing as the natural beauty of Estes Park. Come join us at Fall River Village. This two bedroom, two bathroom condo will open the door to a world of enjoyment that lasts throughout the seasons. Our stylish riverside condo is located on the west edge of Estes Park, CO, and offers all of the convenience of town yet the quiet of out of town. The condo is only minutes away from world class fly fishing, hiking and rock climbing. Take a nice stroll from the condo and within minutes you`ll be in downtown Estes Park where you can experience local restaurants and boutique shopping. Let Fall River Village be your headquarters for a family vacation, a romantic honeymoon, or a gathering with friends. We offer a fully equipped condo: full-size kitchen appliances with silverware, dishes, pots and pans, smart televisions in the living room and bedrooms, and free fiber wi-fi. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom a bunk bed, and the living room has a queen sofa bed with an upgraded mattress. We recommend no more than 4 guests in this 630 square foot condo. Great easy stay
While the apartment was small, it worked well our family and our needs. Myself and husband and 2 young kids stayed 3 nights and explored RMNP. The walk to town along the river was short and easy. The drive to the park was a breeze. While we wish there was more floor space for luggage and some amenities (such as a sponge for dishes) we’re missing, overall we’d stay again. The pool was clean and a great break for my kids as well!

Great location with some minor issues
The location of this property was perfect. We were able to walk to the shops and restaurants in downtown Estes in 5 minutes along the stream/path that runs behind the property, with a 6 year-old in tow. The property was clean enough, but it could use a deep cleaning from someone with an eye for detail (baseboards looked like someone had spilled something on them, etc.). Several lights were either missing bulbs or didn’t function, which was frustrating. Pillows and mattresses were not very comfortable and the lack of A/C might be an issue in warmer summer months. But the location can’t be beat, and we spent most of our time hiking anyway, so it worked fine for our 3-day stay.
