Decent hotel with a few quirks. The 2 bedroom suite that we stayed in was IDEAL for our family. It was so nice for my sister and I to have our own space on the second floor when traveling with our elderly parents. A very unique room layout with a gas fireplace and balconies on both levels, made our stay very enjoyable. Another highlight was the location. It's so conveniently located to everything you could want in the area. A short ride to RMNP, restaurants, coffee shops, and the amazing downtown area. We did find the layout of the hotel a bit strange and navigating the hallways and parking lots is a bit confusing. I know that I was tired when I checked and the man working the check in desk was very willing to help me, but even with a map I had a hard time understanding where he was suggesting that I "might" find available parking, and where I would find the door that would take us to our room. The other concern is that the parking lot is pretty dark and has some very narrow areas to navigate. I think the front desk worker thought that I was about to hit the building with my truck when I was trying to slowly turn the corner past the lobby to go around back to find parking. And if you're claustrophobic you might want to avoid trying the elevator, especially with a luggage cart. I have never been in a smaller elevator. All the being said, I would stay in this hotel again for the 2-bedroom suite option (which is hard to come by) and the amazing location.
