“Very nice A frame in easy reach of Rocky Mountain. Private and quiet.”

“This property was perfect our annual girls trip. The cabin was very clean, well stocked with nice dishes, appliances, bedding, towels and furniture. However the pull out couch could stand a new mattress, it was not very comfortable. The hot tub was an added bonus, that we throughly enjoyed. I would highly recommend this property to others…”

“Close to the park and convenient. Units are older and starting to show their age. Clean but fairly spartan unit. Two person hot tub on deck is tight. Nice to be on the river but just room for two to sit on the deck with the hot tub. Uni is for sale and with showings we were unable to know if we could get in a little early in time for us to react. Host was very responsive. Parking was easy as was finding the unit. ”

“The chalet (#8) was perfect for our family of four. The location is excellent - 2 miles from downtown, 2 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park - nestled right between the main attractions, the setting is serene and relaxing. Elk wandering right through the property and star gazing from the hot tub after a long day of hiking or shopping was fantastic. The only thing we didn’t like was the fact we had to leave at the end of our stay. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Very quiet, peaceful evenings in the hot tub. Great for three guests to each have their own room ceiling fan in upstairs bedroom needs attention. Bearings are going out plenty of extra fans in each room, which was nice.”

“The house is wonderful! The furnishings are great and the beds are comfortable. We had a total of 8 people which includes a great Grandpa and two little ones at 2 years and less. The place was super for our family. Everyone had their own space but it still offered plenty of room for all of us to hang out together. Also, the location is ideal. The house is located 5 minutes from RMNP or 5 minutes from Estes. While you are away from the crowds, within a couple of minutes you are right back……

“This place was amazing. I booked a cabin never having been to this place with the plan of proposing to my girlfriend somewhere in Estes Park, and then i got to Streamside and it was so beautiful. I really wanted to propose on the bridge over the river because it was gorgeous, especially with all the snow and frozen portions of the river, but alas, i had an umbrella full of fake rose petals to deploy as i asked my gf to marry me and i did not want to litter. But the inside of our unit was also so……
