「Beautiful property close to everything, just minutes from Estes Park in one direction and National Park in the other. Very comfortable bed, nice kitchen for preparing meals and snacks. Gorgeous views from deck. Wasn’t aware of a few steps leading up to house from the driveway, but shouldn’t be an issue for most people. Just something to be aware of if elderly or knee issues. Overall would stay here again. Private and nice. 」

The back deck and hot tub are certainly the stars of the show; but the cleanliness, the location, and the personal touches are what keep us coming back. The living and sleeping areas were not cramped. Check in went smoothly and check out was relatively simple. We spent a week at this property and found its location to be convenient for trips into town and close to RMNP entrance. We would rent again!」

A day before our arrival I was made aware that the living room tv had stopped working but they had someone out to replace during our 2nd day there. As a compensation, they waived the check in early fees, which was greatly appreciated especially Will stay here again. after very early travel and a drive in from Denver. 」

「Our family of six spent Christmas here. We liked the set up of the house although one of the bathrooms is rather odd. The sink has a separate faucet for hot and cold. I recall my grandparents having such a set up, and I'm sure when indoor plumbing was first a thing that was great, but it really isn't anymore. The beds were fine but the pillows were not. 「The property raises a few safety questions. There are 2 sets of wood steps to enter the property. At night, they are not lit making it scary to climb after dark. The driveway into the property is treacherous and needs gravel added or something.」
