REQUIREMENT: All our guests must be approved through our Community Association by way of a lease application. This application must be submitted and approved a minimum of "30 days prior" to the first date of the stay. Based on this requirement, it is recommended to book 45-60 days prior to your desired stay in order to fulfill this requirement. There is a $250 USD fee per adult ($40 per person under 18) which is the responsibility of the lessee and is paid in advance to the hoa directly and is non-refundable. The contact information for the hoa to complete the application will be provided upon rental approval.
Disclaimer: If you book a stay less than the recommended 60 days, to receive the approval from the hoa, and are rejected, your deposit will be considered non-refundable.
