Best feature is the exterior of the building and I guess a parking spot is a luxury in Morocco.
Came on time at 12pm and they checked my reservation to ensure they had it. I decided to get a late lunch and then check-in fully. When I tried to check-in around 4pm they didn’t have my rooms ready. I reserved 2 rooms with a pool side view. After waiting in the lobby and asking a few times if the room was ready they finally said it was 30 minutes later. Got to my room to find it open, floors dirty/wet, no towels, and a clogged sink. So after another hour got the sink unclogged and a towel that I had to grab from the cleaning trolly because there wasn’t a staff member to be seen. I decided to wear slippers in the room and not bother to tell them to clean the floor again. My poolside view was a joke from a 1x2 ft window that mostly had a view of the adjacent construction dirt zone. I literally had to open the window and stick my head out to get a good view of the pool. Elevator had a foul smell. Pool table required coins to play.
Breakfast included! Had to request fresh orange juice that Morocco is infamous for because initially they had powdered orange water. All breads were cold. Tables were dirty. Staff attire was dirty. Went to outdoor lounge area to drink coffee and tea to find rusty chairs and sun damaged plastic chairs with dirty spots on chair pads.
Overall, I rate this hotel a 1 star because the price, appearance, and accommodations.
