“Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Bâtiment très bien entretenu, bonnes infrastructures (piscine, jacuzzis, hammams, saunas), personnel agréable. Le petit reproche pouvant être fait est que les chambres sont équipées de lits une personne serrés côte a côte et des matelas un peu mous (attention il ne s'agit peut être que de notre chambre). A part celà, il n'y a pas grand chose a dire”

“The hotel is super well located with direct access to the slopes .staff is very helpful and friendly.highly recommendable ”

“Apartment basic and functional. Nice balcony. Ski lockers but not boot warmers. Great location. Stay cut short due to covid19 as hotel closed up after two nights. ”

“Lovely hotel and deluxe room was spacious. We went for half board but it only offers two sittings which we didn’t know when booking. We couldn’t get the early sitting on three nights so had option of either eating at 8.45pm which is too late after a long day’s skiing or having to pay to eat out which is what we went for when we couldn’t wait. Such a shame as otherwise the hotel would be great. Bed and breakfast would therefore be much better. Staff were very helpful but if you need to buy ski……

“Bonjour, Le personnel est sympa et serviable mais l'immeuble mériterait quelques rénovations surtout au niveau des appartements. A ce prix on s'attend pas a de l'électroménager datant de plus de 20 ans, un frigo qui tient grâce a du chattertonne sans parler du lave vaisselle. ”

“Great location close to restaurants, bars and supermarket. Not ski in/out but only a short walk to the nearest lift. Spa facilities were great to unwind after busy day on the slopes. Will be back”

“The hotel staff were exceptional. very friendly and kind and will go to any length to please you. From the front desk to the dining area and ski rental area, all great people with great customer service. Berangere at the front desk was super kind and professional and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed by all their staff. Very close to the slopes, ski in and ski out. Great location, close to everything. Higlly recommend it. ”
