“Our stay was incredibly disappointing. Despite booking three nights, we only endured two due to the unpleasant conditions. The lack of cleanliness was evident, with no cleaning done since last guests, unmade beds, unchanged bedding, and a lack of hot water at night. Additionally, there were no general bins, and the toilet was blocked. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint and request a full refund for the dreadful experience we endured.
