“Property was clean and quiet, easily accessible with off street parking for 1 vehicle. Bathroom is very small with SMALL standup shower. Excellent kitchen but only 1 TV in whole unit. Overall location was nice with access to beach very close. ”

“My partner and I decided to celebrate his birthday by going to the beach. This apartment is within walking distance of good restaurants and beautiful beaches. It is clean and neatly organized. It is on the ground floor of a 3-level building, and you can hear the people upstairs walking around. The bed is very soft. We were only in the apartment one night, so these things didn't bother us much. The weather was gorgeous and we had a lovely time. ”

“This house was perfect for our stay. The location was amazing! The only real issue was that the trash bin was overfull leaving us with nowhere to put our trash so we had to take it to the transfer station, otherwise it was a very comfortable house.”

“Nice condo in a good location. Very much central walking distance to all shops and restaurants in downtown Portsmouth. Lots of stairs, so it could be a little tricky with luggage and also the spiral staircase going up to the bedroom on the second floor. There is a bar down below that plays live music and it can get pretty lively until kind of late but other than that it is a great place to stay ”
