“When I booked, they gave strict instructions on where to park, that there was a dedicated parking spot for this unit, even provided a video. Arrived around 9:30pm and no parking spots avail except for opposite end of the building about a 4 block walk. Not safe to walk that far, carrying bags at night. Then customer service asked me to use a parking app to park offsite that would have been further away and would have had to take a rideshare. If I would have known that in advance I would have……

“While the photos are lovely on the app, the actual condo blew me away! Every room was special and had extra touches. The king size room was wow! I loved the sitting area and it had its own coffee maker which was a bonus. There are extra supplies in each bathroom in case you forgot something. The linens and towels were extra plush. The kitchen is well equipped and nothing was done in a cheap way. Everything was elegant. It was our 3rd annual girls trip with my daughter and daughter in law and……

“Great spacious place to stay with a large family. ”

“Older property which matched description well. Comfortably fit 5 adults and teens for 4 night stay. Quiet neighborhood even though it is right next to highway. Grocery store within a few mins. We traveled several times to downtown Chicago and Rosemont without issues (other than normal chicago traffic). There are stairs from any entrance, so just be prepared if you have a heavy cooler like we did. :) Could have been a bit cleaner, but that would not stop me from staying again. The host……
