“When I booked, they gave strict instructions on where to park, that there was a dedicated parking spot for this unit, even provided a video. Arrived around 9:30pm and no parking spots avail except for opposite end of the building about a 4 block walk. Not safe to walk that far, carrying bags at night. Then customer service asked me to use a parking app to park offsite that would have been further away and would have had to take a rideshare. If I would have known that in advance I would have……

“Great stay!”

“We spent a few days in Geneva on our little getaway to celebrate our 36th anniversary. You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay along with the abundance of room we had on the second floor to ourselves. A very warm and comfortable atmosphere for total relaxation. Only a 2 to 3 minute drive to downtown Geneva and going to 3rd St.enjoying shopping, food and spirits with my wife. Then back to our Vrbo and enjoy. Couldn’t ask for any better service that we had. “Man the lifeboats! unit needed additional cleaning of stove and around bathroom at time of our arrival. This was accommodated by the host sending the cleaning lady back. A lot of cobwebs and dusty things. Transition strip to bathroom needed to be repaired. Sharp points sticking up. Rug needs to be cleaned or replaced. dishwasher does not seem to get dishes clean. Dishwasher had to be reattached to counter, it was falling out. The main problem was that during the first few weeks of our stay a……
