"Great location. Helpful staff. Disappointed that they charge extra for parking, especially in the off season. It was advertised at £7, charged £10. When you pay £150 for a room, you’d expect the parking to be included"

What lets the Grand down is the lack of parking, they have now lost free parking in the rail station, so you can park in a rugby ground over the road for £5 per day or in their "garage " which is really a large shed for ..."
