“This is a small lovely hotel, rooms a bit dated. The check in was very smooth and fast, the gentlemen at reception was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the rubbish bin in the toilet was not cleared when we arrived at the room, which was a shock and upsetting. There is no facilities inside the room to make tea/coffee which was little disappointing. The walk from train station was 17min non-stop walking uphill, which was quite unbearable at some steep slopes while pulling……

“The staff was wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable. We especially appreciated Lily who worked at the front desk and set us up with ski passes and a place to rent skis. She also provided a great tour of the hotel, showing us all the amenities and how to access the ski storage. The daily breakfast was great.”
