“Kudos to the Duty Manager, Fred, for his outstanding customer service (I’m a retired hotel exec, and would hire him in a heartbeat!). The food service employees were courteous and working hard to meet guest needs (kids in house for sporting event, so good chaos management). The facilities are in need of a renovation, but the bed and pillows were comfy and the kitchenette, very handy. The breakfast is plentiful. This is a very good budget motel. ”

“Convenient location. Staff courteous. Good breakfast. I would rate this property above average. Some good aspects about it, as noted above, but it definitely is NOT a "9" as shown in cumulative reviews. which, in turn, lead me to select it. Housekeeping is available only upon request, which is fine, but when i requested it, no one showed up to perform the few services we requested. I had to call down to the desk to have someone come up. Front desk was courteous and prompt to respond, but……
