“Clean room. Stayed 3 nights. Had to ask for coffee refills daily The phone in room did not work. No grab bar in shower or hair dryer. We did get clean towels. Overall ok stay. I think all hotels are cutting back. The breakfast bar was good. The hotel was clean.”

“We have been coming to this property for five or more years. We like that it is safe, quiet, and clean. This year, we noticed that there are several areas that have not been maintained quite as well as it should have been. The carpets need cleaned/replaced. The elevators need repaired, and overall, it much noisier in the hallways than in the past. The king, ocean-view is right next to the elevator, which dinged like a phone ring all day and night. This information should be noted when reserving……

“When we checked in, they put us in a dirty room. And then upon complaining, they changed to a different room which caused us wasted nearly 1 hour of our valuable vacation time. The fitted sheet was full of stains. Yuck!”
