“The house was great and the host, Richard was great with communication. All the snacks were a bonus and helped us when we arrived with getting something in our belly’s. “My husband and I (and our PomChi) travelled to Greensboro to visit family and celebrate the holidays early. The house is so much nicer in person- I didn’t realize how big it was. It’s in a great neighborhood close to everything. I felt very safe. My pup absolutely loved the huge fenced in backyard. Communication with our host was perfect. I can’t wait for our next trip - we loved this house.”

“Clean house inside. Plenty of room. Pond needs some cleaning up!”

“It is an old house, as stated in the ad. Some rooms had bad smell, especially the BR in the basement. Lots of room for everything. We had minor plumbing and electrical issues. Some of the bedrooms were inter connected, had privacy issues. Disappointed with the pool, as it was not clean despite the efforts from two people who came to clean it. Overall it was good!”

“This property is a beautiful and comfortable home. We truly enjoyed our New Years eve getaway. The host was very responsive and helpful. The one downside is that it is close to train tracks. So if you are a light sleeper this might not be the place for you. But we enjoyed the it so much that we will be considering staying here again for future trips to Greensboro.”

“Home was perfect for our Michigan family to be together with our North Carolina family for an early holiday celebration. Home was clean, and just as advertised. ”

“This was a great place. Very convenient to what we were in town for. The place was clean and very nice. We only had a minor issue with communication while there but apparently, that was due to a new number or person in charge of the communication. If we would have had an emergency it could have been a challenge. My guess is this was a one-off issue and not bear any concern going forward. overall rating after 21 days, or 14 days after the Host has submitted their review.Submit”

"I like the staff at the front desk very much. Check-in is also very smooth, but the cleaning of the room is worrying. I was thirsty at night and drank only a little water left in my cup. I subconsciously glanced at the cup and then I woke up. There was a small cockroach in the cup. It was alive!!!! Then I couldn't sleep anymore. I checked my bed for cockroaches. It was terrible. And there were a lot of small cockroaches in the bathroom. I killed them before I went to bed. There were so many cockroaches in such a cold weather. This was obviously unusual. I knew that the price was already affordable. I didn't expect too much, but in the water Cockroaches really scared me. I can't imagine what would happen if I drank it. I hope the hotel manager should pay attention to this problem and can't imagine what the summer here will be like."
