This cottage is a great property and very accessible from the main town. Respite abounds here complete with amazing sunrise skies and tranquil starry nights. The local property manager was excellent. A return reservation is planned.

Beautiful lake. Quiet. It was nice to use the kayaks and floats in the lake. House worked well too. Plenty of towels, soap, toilet paper, etc. We enjoyed our stay. House is close to the town of Elk Rapids. Nice location.

This house is located in a great area. However, there were bugs on the beds upstairs, and the main sliding door did not lock. As a group of young women, we were disturbed by these occurrences.

Where to start. This place is amazing. We have rented 10 or so cabins in that part of michigan and this place is by far the best. Best and most comfortable beds, the lake is amazing. We used the hot tub and kayaks every day. Had loons on the lake and babcat even paid us a visit!!! Great location!

Great Getaway!!!

The house was absolutely perfect for my friends and I (4 of us total) to spend a weekend on the lake. The beds are all amazingly comfortable, and the hot tub became a nightly ritual of winding down before going to bed! Would absolutely love to be a guest again sometime!!! :)

Perfect Location! Family and Pet Friendly.

House has very clean and thoughtfully stocked. Excellent location with a quick walk to Shorts Brewery. Beautiful beach “Old Sun Bather Beach” was a short walk, but across a four lane highway, too fast for small children walking on a curve. Lake view is very nice, quiet amd secluded. Kayaks were fun for kids. Downtown is quant and good food choices. Wish the home had air conditioning. Family had fun!

Fall Family Outing

We had a great time. Great location, pretty fall foliage, nice house, close to Traverse City, Poteskey and Leelanau Michigan. Oh yeah, Shorts Brewery in walking distance. Kayaking was fun. We would do this location again. Thanks much in making our trip a success.
