“The hotel itself is pretty. But there were a lot of little things that I didn’t love. When we got there the AC wasn’t working, luckily they didn’t have any issues changing our room. The shuttle that they offer is a little expensive, I would say just get a taxi from the airport. The free breakfast some days is really good and others, it’s just not that great.
The thing that really put a bad taste in our mouth is that the front desk lady had been lovely the whole trip, but when we set up……

“It started on a wrong foot due to miscommunication on my end, but ultimately it turned out to be a great stay. The staff was so nice and helpful. The manager worked with us through every unnecessary issue that was raised by my group (we had divas). The place is calm, beautiful. They have pilates and other activities on site. Everyone is eager to help and make the stay comfortable.”

“Property is very nice and very clean, it is in a perfect location, safety place to stay, and even if it doesnt have a nice view from the second floor, still beautiful. We love it, and we can not wait to go back visit el salvador, and stay there again.
