“Told to go to a certain address to check in; no one there. Called number on flyer on door; had to drive a bit to get to our room. Older property, small, really about a 7/10 but for one night, gave it 10/10. Looked like it was closed; nothing bright and cheery like the picture shown on the internet.”

The apartment was exceptionally clean, well‑maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. Its location is very convenient and close to the ski area, which made our trip even better. “Was very surprised to show up here and have it look the way it does because it looks nothing like the photos online - there is no cute cabin or air streams, it’s just the motel. It’s in a pretty sketchy area with no where really to walk. The room itself is small but clean and good enough. The AC unit is super loud and turns on and off all night so didn’t get much sleep. Just think they should be more upfront with how the property actually looks.”

There was a little confusion about billing for an upgrade but Crystal was very friendly and professional; she helped to resolve the problem as quickly as she could with Mike (the manager, who is also friendly and cares about your satisfaction). I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The property and room were very clean and offered great amenities.”
