Great Home Away From Home
We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. It was nice and clean and had everything we needed. It was close to Taos and not too far of a drive to Red River. Mark the host was very nice and helpful and responded quickly to all of our questions. We hope to return again!

Nice place, good for a couple!
We enjoyed staying at Mark's property and he was a very attentive host. The hot tub was a nice feature during the cold winter. We were visiting family and the location on the North side of town worked for us. The bed was comfortable and the view out the back window was amazing! Sunsets and starscapes were stunning!

Outside of town
This property was hard to find even with Apple Maps. It is definitely on the outskirts of town by a storage center. Did not feel safe. Front door did not close all the way. The shower was so small you could not even turn around in it and the spray nozzle was glued to wall so not even able to adjust. The outside grounds was very messy and trash around and overgrown with weeds. No coffee pot, no microwave! Really. This cost more than the Hampton Inn and all the hotels in Taos. Way overpriced. The note that was left for us assured us this was a safe place. Why would someone say that if that wasn’t a question. If this is Evolve’s vetted place, they need to take another look. I am looking for a partial refund, this was not worth the money we spent. The artwork inside was creepy. Gave me the creeps!

Cute place
This was a good place for a nice relaxing getaway. The hot tub was very nice, and hot and ready when we arrived. It's only 10 minutes out of Taos and has a great view in both directions. The downside of location is that it's right off the main road and the traffic is loud outdoors. The patios are nice and pretty private, though it's unclear whether the next door neighbor can use the back patio. The interior was clean and cute, with nice decor. The heat works well, the bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is pretty well stocked with pots and dishes. Spices are limited. The TV works well, as do the appliances. Very nice stay overall.

Cozy and comfy spot in a quiet and safe location!
This apartment gives guests a taste of authentic New Mexico charm with its adobe structure and southwestern decor. The bedroom features clean sheets and a very cozy bed, and out the window there is a beautiful view of a nice field and the mountains in the near distance. Downtown Taos is easy to get to from the place, just a 15 minute straight shot down the road. If you are used to AC and are put off by the lack of it, speaking as someone who loves their AC I can attest that with the fans (included with the room) running it felt very comfortable inside. You can safely leave the windows open at night, and with the fans running it stays nice and cool. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, and also very responsive to any questions I had during my stay. I would highly recommend this place for your trip, and I will definitely be returning next time I visit Taos!

Perfect for Two
This is a very well-kept and quaint little property that is perfect for two! It is close to the ski valley as well as the town of Taos. We enjoyed our stay and Mark was a wonderful host. We look forward to staying here again!

The condo was an adobe style end unit of 6 condos. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the private outdoor porch. The bed was comfortable and overall had most everything you expect To find in a VRBO. Mark was very helpful.

We had a great stay. The place is very clean and decorated nicely. The bed was comfy. The outside of the place has a little to be desired after the courtyard. The courtyard is very nice. Once you leave the courtyard - there is a storage facility and some old buildings, etc that take away from the beauty of this place but we overlooked that. The place is very nice. Mark was a great host and was very easily reachable. We will stay here again if we need a place.

Great getaway
The property was perfect for our trip. Located away from the hustle and bustle of Taos with easy access to hiking trails and fly fishing. When we arrived we were please to find local fresh ground coffee provided by the homeowner. He also left detailed instructions about how to most effectively cool the house. With no AC that was such helpful information and so effective! I would never have imagined I could survive without AC in August! It was a great place at a great price! Thank you Mark!

Lovely for the price
Mark anticipated all of my needs! The place was well appointed and I just loved the hot tub and the view out the bedroom window. I was surprised, though, that the apartment is on a main highway and weirdly located near a storage unit... I likely would have changed my mind had this been listed. There was a stair master stored just outside the bedroom window beside the stunning view. It would have been nice to have chairs to sit outside and ponder that amazement. Mark was very responsive and a wonderful host.
