“This property has an amazing view. The inside was amazing. Great floorplan our host was amazing very attentive , fast reply to our messages , was always checking if we needed something. The amenities were so great amazing views from the infinity pools. Have so many pools , hot tubs , gym tennis court . We loved it we will definitely will book again when we go back. The reason why I gave 4 stars on some was because when we checked in there was no guard and being our 1st time we weren't sure .……

“Ocean front ”

“This condo is just as pretty in person as it is in photos. The host was very responsive and flexible when I unexpectedly got ill and had to reschedule my trip. The host was very accommodating and instructions were very clear. Our stay here was perfect from being in a safe area, safe parking structure , cleanliness , amazing views. You won’t regret staying here. We’d definitely stay here again.”

“We brought 4 teens down for spring break (our son & 3 friends) and this home was perfect! The patio is huge and the views are beyond stunning. We even saw a SpaceX rocket launch one night! Sea lions frolic in the waves, we saw a gray whale & a seal while paddleboarding offshore, and surfed the waves right off the house. At low tide, you can walk quite a distance along the beach and explore tidal pools. We loved that it was walking distance to Puerto Nuevo and close to other surf breaks. The……

“Had a great stay in Las Gaviotas at this property. It’s a short walk from the beach area, and super close to the entrance, tennis courts, and pool. The whole area is very easy to navigate to all the amenities. The property had some great retro style touches that I really enjoyed-tile, chairs etc. The on site property manager, Milano, checked in on us Frequently via text to make sure all was good. Great stay.”

“We got married at Las Rocas 25 years ago. We love visiting, but it's pretty run down. Staying here is a wonderful alternative. It's close enough for us to visit but this place is beautiful and comfortable. The pool and amenities are great.”

“My husband and I took my parents after enduring an aneurysm and a minor stroke. My parents loved the house, the view and extreme tranquility. My parents have a Golden retriever and we have a Maltepoo and a chihuahua, the morning walks were exquisite and memorable. At night, we enjoyed a wood fire on our balcony provided by the house management. I truly recommend this home.”
