“We had a great 2-night stay in this beautiful property and we would totally recommend it. It was quiet and clean inside the casa. Staff was very friendly. We felt safe. Outside walking distance were supermarkets and restaurants. It was also a pleasant walk to the old town. We had a tiny problem with our airport pickup, but the staff responded immediately on WhatsApp and fixed it within minutes. Free drinking water dispenser was a plus. “Casa Anabela was our home base while in Ecuador, we stayed there on 5 separate occasions and were so glad we did! The location is great in Old Quito, within walking distance to many restaurants. “Excellent hotel. Staff is tremendously helpful - helped counsel us on things to do and transportation and were actively looking out for us. The rooms were wonderful for our family. My room has two issues that could not be resolved -- the TV only played one channel (not a big deal, I wasn't the to watch TV) and the heating didn't work (not a big deal, it was only cool for a few hours just before bed, felt ok otherwise).
