Chatelaine 3 is a cosy, spacious and bright holiday home which is suitable for 4 persons. It is completely located on the ground floor and outside on the cozy square in front of the door, you can find a nice bench. The holiday house is located in the heart of Egmond aan Zee, so all amenities such as the beach, the dunes, the cozy center and the many nice terraces, restaurants and shops are just around the corner!

Layout holiday home

At the front of the holiday home is the bright, cozy living room with a cozy sitting area, TV, dining table and kitchen. From this area you can walk through to the back to the modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a sink and there is a separate toilet. Here you can also find the two double bedrooms, each with a double bed. A nice bench is available for guests on a cozy little square in front of the house and the fine sandy beach of Egmond aan Zee are also located at walking distance!

Surroundings

The big advantage of this Droomvilla is its ideal location in the center of Egmond aan Zee. The beach, dunes, shops and restaurants are within walking distance of this holiday apartment. Also the artists' village of Bergen and the historic center of Alkmaar are located in close vicinity.

Wir haben uns mehr erhofft für diesen Preis!

Die Lage ist super. Die Aufteilung der Räume auch. Schade, dass es keine richtigen Fenster gibt, die man komplett öffnen kann. In den Schlafzimmern sind nur Dachfenster. Da die Stange defekt war, konnten wir diese nicht öffnen. Der Reinigungsdienst hat eine Menge dazuzulernen. Der Boden war sandig. Unter der Couch und auf und hinter dem Fernsehen wurde ewig nicht mehr geputzt. In den Händen der Couch ist Dreck, der sich seit langer Zeit angesammelt hat. Auch hat sich die Verkleidung der Kühlschranktür immer wieder gelöst. Die Wände und Fußleisten sind sehr mitgenommen. Das Bad und die Dusche ist aber sehr groß! Leider war das Waschbecken im Bad verstopft.
