讚好：整潔度和住宿狀況
I booked this property on Expedia, where it said in MULTIPLE locations that the entire property was ours, only shared with members of our party. This is absolutely FALSE. We arrived, there was a vehicle in the driveway, and shoes inside the front door. Within 15 minutes, we run into someone else also staying there. We were in a rush to get to a concert, so we thought we'd deal with it for 1 night. We lock the bedroom doors, and when we return, one of the keys doesnt work. So now we have someone having to sleep on the sofa. I message the host, but it's 1am. At 3:30am, another man appears, and unlocks the door. While it's nice to have access to the bedroom, thats at least 2 extra people in the house. The fridge is full of someone's food, and there are at least 3 pairs of shoes that don't belong to us.
In the morning, i just want to shower and leave. Except, there's no cold water in the bathroom. Scorching hot, unable to shower. We leave, there is another vehicle parked in the garage, and 2 people working in the yard.
I called VRBO in the middle of the night, because thats who this bookong is technically through. They were as helpful as they could be. They said it should NOT listed.
If you are looking for shared accommodations, this would be fine. The listing is inaccurate and i would not have booked it. The host was friendly (I think hes the one who unlocked the door and he was in the yard) and helpful, he responds quickly to messages on the app.
