“The house was huge - we kept finding new rooms. It was hard to get a thorough grasp on the layout of the house based on the online pictures. When we arrived, there were basically 3 separate sections - each with a living area and kitchenette/kitchen. While nice, it worked better for our group to have the adjoining doors open/unlocked, but some groups might prefer the separation. “The property is located close to downtown Rock Hill. Not the nicest part but not the worst. Houses in neighborhood easily build in the 1940s. Luther did a good of refurbishing the house to make the inside comfortable and functional. We were visiting for a sports tournament and home was conveniently locate to the multiple venues and within 5-10 minutes to restaurants and stores. Luther was great host and very responsive in answering any questions and addressing concerns.”

“My family, friends, and I had an amazing stay at this property. The property manager was so easy to work with and talk to. He was very involved in making sure everything was perfect for all of us. We all had such an amazing time here. We had a group of 9 people and everyone slept comfortably and had planty of room for everbody to be able to enjoy themselves and relax.
