“The staff here are truly exceptional—kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, the bed was perfectly cozy, and I woke up feeling completely refreshed. ”

“The hotel room was extremely dirty with cockroach droppings everywhere. The bathroom was moldy and the carpet was extremely dirty. The bed had hairs and the sheets were wrinkled. I was offered another room that was not much better. So I had to make another reservation for a nearby hotel. I asked for a refund and i was told I would get it. It's been 3 days since I checked in and I haven't received the refund. ”

“If you just need a place for stay and shower around airport , the price is the best. If you want enjoy the stay, it’s not a good choice. Not too bad, just a mold smell in the room. ”

“這次專程去Longwood gardens,離這家飯店非常近。飯店非常漂亮乾淨，晚上睡覺好安靜。但很可惜房間內沒提供咖啡機，也沒有熱水可喝，飯店把暖氣關掉晚上睡到冷醒，第二天才跟他們要台手提式的小暖爐才比較能睡。早餐很簡單，但用餐環境很美，服務人員可以再熱情點。”
