“Here we found what we hoped for our stay in Martha's. In a quiet residential street, a comfortable, ultra clean house with good size rooms and quality amenities. Cleverly placed skylights illuminate the interior. A supermarket is a corner away and the Edgartown charming historic city center is an easy 15 minutes walk. Who says better? “We have been coming to the vineyard for 10 years now, so we know the location well. The location is great. But… the house is very tired looking and out dated. What bothered us most was that the listing did NOT say no door on master bedroom. It’s open to the kitchen and living room. Which gave us no privacy. There are many things that need to be fixed and updated. Hopefully with some improvements the house will be more enjoyable. ”
